- Open your windows to air out your home and improve your indoor air quality
- Replace batteries in alarms and detectors
- Purge & recycle
- Restock light bulbs and filters for the next time they go out
Kitchen
- Deep clean appliances
- Sweep beneath appliances
- Clean refrigerator coils
- Change refrigerator water filter
- Clean out the refrigerator and pantry
Living Areas
- Clean beneath couch and chair cushions with a vacuum hose, and vacuum or wipe down cushions
- Move furniture and vacuum or sweep beneath them
Bedrooms
- Organize your clothing and storage
