First Community Management utilizes CINC System technology (Common Interest Community technology). CINC provides both accounting features as well as additional community association management functions. Homeowners can pay assessments online, submit work orders, view the association calendar, access governing documents and general information about the community.

Board Members are able to access additional items through the website such as monthly financial reports, copies of paid invoices, vendor contracts and proposals, as well as collection and violation updates.

After each Board Meeting, the Property Manager enters all of their projects and tasks on CINC’s Action Item List. Board Members can view status updates on each task, as well as add notes and send the manager a message directly through the CINC Action Item List. Our Board Members can always see what the manager is working on for their community.

CINC System provides a virtual 24 hour management service that allows association members to access information and submit requests at any time of the day, night or weekend.
